Privacy Policy

Peura processes workspace account information, product and booking data, customer contact details, operational notes, and payment-related identifiers needed to run bookings.

Payment card data is handled by Stripe. Peura does not store full card numbers.

We use data to provide booking pages, checkout, emails, PDF/QR tickets, customer self-service links, dashboard workflows, reports, and check-in.

We also use limited operational data for security, support, debugging, and service reliability.

Peura includes customer data export and deletion surfaces for booking guests through secure booking links.

Workspace owners remain responsible for their own privacy obligations to their customers.
