Data Processing Agreement

For customer booking data, the workspace owner is generally the controller and Peura acts as a processor providing the booking platform.

Peura may act as a controller for account, billing, security, and product analytics data needed to operate the service.

Peura processes personal data to provide hosted booking pages, widgets, checkout, customer emails, customer self-service links, dashboard operations, reports, exports, and check-in.

Peura relies on the following subprocessors to deliver the service: Vercel (hosting and infrastructure), Neon (database), Stripe (payments and billing), Resend (transactional email), Upstash (request rate limiting), Inngest (background job processing), Sentry (error monitoring), and PostHog (product analytics).

Smartwaiver (digital waivers) is used only for workspaces whose owner connects a Smartwaiver account.

This list is updated when Peura changes providers.

Peura uses tenant-scoped application access, row-level security validation, secure customer links, and operational monitoring to protect platform data.
